Our clients use Kettlebells on a daily basis in their classes at Wild. This class offers the opportunity to get more comfortable with classic Kettlebell basics like swings, snatches, cleans and get-ups. Once you have your form down we’ll take it to the next level in the following weeks, building on the basics with advanced complexes and movements!
