Holistic Fitness in 60 Mins!

WILD small Group workouts deliver the best of holistic fitness, combining strength training, mobility, balance and cardio in 60 minutes of exercise. With class sizes limited to six, and a well-equipped gym, our experienced trainers tailor each session to suit the needs and goals of each participant.

Our robust and comprehensive resistance training includes work with dumbbells, kettlebells and bands to build lean muscle, reduce fat, improve balance and give you the endurance to do whatever you want to do.
