Why Wild?
I have been active in sports as long as I can remember, from Little League to marathons. Wild Workouts taught me how to maximize my workouts and move correctly. Helping others move better and feel better has been the most joyful experience I can imagine.

Why Wild?
The great sense of community. My friends have been members for several years and I knew I wanted to be a part of it. Group fitness is an effective way to stay motivated and Wild is the best place to do that!

Career before Wild:
I am a licensed esthetician and built a skincare line after transitioning from hands on esthetics work.

Why Wild?
From studying Eastern Medicine, Massage and Esthetics, to creating a skincare line that was formulated to encourage stability in your largest organ, my educational journey has always been health focused. Following that mindset, I became a Certified Personal Trainer with a goal of starting my own training business. When I met Tom and Tara, I experienced how healthy a relationship with fitness could be. They introduced me to a “gym” setting that offered an inclusive and comforting space. The Wild community builds you up and makes you feel welcome, regardless of what stage you’re at on your fitness journey. I feel fortunate to be immersed in an environment of trainers and clients that engage my thirst for knowledge everyday.
