We offer a little yoga for everyone at Healium Hot Yoga. Hot, Gently Heated or Non Heated yoga classes are available for all levels! We have over 30 classes on our weekly schedule from Fitness Focused to Restorative and they are lead by teachers passionate about bringing yoga to our community.
