WILD BOOT CAMP:

Elevate your strength, mobility, and cardio

What to expect: Challenging, high-intensity workouts in our WILD boot camp gym will improve all elements of your fitness: strength, cardio, core, mobility and agility. Based on High Intensity Interval (HIIT) principles and circuit training, these 45-minute sessions utilize kettlebells, dumbbells, bands and other tools to deliver a full-body challenge, every time. Our trainers devise fresh workouts each day to provide variety and fit your individual needs. Shape your body, strengthen your body and have fun with a joyful group.

Location – 2121 S. Kinnickinnic Ave., studio #5, in a bustling neighborhood full of shops and restaurants; and close to St. Francis, Cudahy, Oak Creek and Milwaukee’s Third Ward and Harbor District.

Pricing – Boot camp passes start at $15. Commit and save with a 6- or 18-month plan.
