I love the sense of community here. I look forward to seeing my Crack O’ Dawn crew every time, the support of the online community, the additional events and programs outside of the workouts – run group, nutrition program, etc. – it all makes for a really strong community of people helping and supporting each other.

I’ve went from being 5 minutes into class and thinking to myself “how the hell am I gonna make it through this” to being able to push hard for 45 minutes! I am completely blown away that in 4 short months my cardio, flexibility, strength and just over all feeling of being really healthy and fit have gone through the roof!

My cholesterol level is now normal and I am not on any medication for it! In fact my HDL Cholesterol (the good cholesterol) is higher than the 2 months I was on medication. I have also changed my eating habits (not a diet) and lost almost 15 pounds. I’m working out regularly… doing classes at WILD and adding in Yoga and walking.

Both locations in the Bay View neighborhood in the 53207 zip code, and close to St. Francis, Cudahy, Oak Creek and the Third Ward.

Locally owned for two decades:

Much like the Bay View neighborhood it calls home, Wild Workouts & Wellness is built on community and a commitment to hard work.

We’ve been here nearly 20 years. WILD owners, Tara Baszler and Tom Held, learned their craft from the inspirational founder, Amber Budahn. Over a decade, they continually expanded their knowledge through clinics and online courses, and added specialty certifications in fitness and menopause; strength training and form and function.

In 2022, Tara and Tom stepped up to save WILD from closing its doors to ensure clients – old and new – stay healthy and active.
