CHALLENGES

Our Boot Camp and Small Group challenges are an excellent way to kickstart your fitness journey and try out Wild Workouts and Wellness without signing an agreement.  Our challenges run for 21 to 28 days and focus not just on working out but also on instruction, whether that be for fitness, nutrition or overall wellness.

You’ll get a chance to meet the highly qualified coaches at Wild Workouts while experiencing the fun, encouraging, supportive and challenging environment of Wild.

Boot Camp runs four challenges annually for 28 days while Small Group offers three challenges for 21 days each.
