Join us for an outdoor workout incorporating 30 minutes of Boot Camp followed by 30 minutes of Yoga.
Class will take place outside at South Shore Park and includes a drink ticket for the South Shore Beer Garden after your workout is done. Bring your friends and get in a workout and relax with a drink afterwards.
You do not need to be a Wild client to join this session; you can also sign up on site at the park the day of the class.
