Join Coach Ona Cameron for a 4 week – intro Boxing Boot Camp workout.
You will learn proper form and technique during these 45 minute, high intensity classes. Heavy bags, speedbags, jump ropes, and weights will be incorporated into the workouts to help build strength, endurance and confidence with every workout.
We recommend purchasing your own gel padded, fingerless gloves to focus on technique and form rather than bulky gloves.
This class will be offered 2 days a week, please choose the correct day when you sign up.
(There will be limited availability for make up sessions in the other class, message us if you need to schedule that.)
Sundays, 9 am OR Thursdays, 6:30 am at our Boot Camp Gym – 2121 S. KK Ave.
4 Weeks – June 4th – 30th – $65
