Join Coach Ona Cameron for a 4 week – intro Boxing Boot Camp workout.


You will learn proper form and technique during these 45 minute, high intensity classes.  Heavy bags, speedbags, jump ropes, and weights will be incorporated into the workouts to help build strength, endurance and confidence with every workout.

We recommend gel padded, fingerless gloves to focus on technique and form rather than bulky gloves.  You can purchase your own and bring them to class, or we can order gloves for you to pick up the first week.  (Please drop us a line to order a pair so we can get the correct size.)
