Pickleball has gained popularity all over and we are joining in on the game!  We hosted our first Pickleball night at Beulah Briton last month for our current clients to learn more about the game from clients that are experienced at the game.

Starting Thursday, April 18th, we are adding Pickleball Fitness to our weekly schedule.  These classes will meet on Thursdays at 5:30 pm at our Boot Camp location, 2121 S. Kinnickinnic Ave.

The 45-minute sessions will focus on improving agility, strength and mobility; and help pickleball players avoid the most common injuries: sprained ankles, plantar fasciitis, back strains and fractures. You’ll stay healthy, cover the court faster and score more in the kitchen by improving your fitness with this Wild Workouts class.
