Join Coach Tara Sunday, January 28th, at 9 am for our first Sanity Session Women’s Workout!
We will get together as women to talk and workout the last Sunday of the month. Each month we will discuss perimenopause & menopause related topics. Coach Tara is a Girls Gone Strong Menopause Coaching Specialist, and she will be sharing her knowledge, experience, and advice. Topics will include symptoms and tracking, how to workout efficiently and safely, nutrition, and hormone changes.
This will be a “make it your own” style workout with 3-4 stations. Each station will have a different focus – heavy weights, metabolic punching and slamming, stretching/ floor work. Each client will have the opportunity to complete every station or choose to stay at 1 station for the whole workout.
Come alone or with a body, ready to listen, ask questions, and workout!
