At Wild Workouts & Wellness, we strive to meet each of our clients where they are now. That means making workouts fun and approachable for all levels. Our staff are experienced personal trainers that can make modifications to workouts so each client can work to the best of their ability on any given day.
We like to challenge our clients with a new workout everyday, using a variety of equipment, timing, and formats to keep every class interesting while getting a great full body workout. Our clients have the opportunity to choose the training style that best fits their needs with either Small Group or Boot Camp style classes.
Our Wild community extends to outside the gym too. With a softball, volleyball, and bocce team as well group hikes and bikes rides throughout the year. If you are looking for support or a partner for an event, you will be able to find someone at Wild.
