Natalie Alcaraz created Goodkind Nutrition with the mission to guide YOU towards creating a better relationship with food and body through a collaborative non-diet approach.

Natalie is a non-diet Registered Dietitian and Intuitive Eating coach with 13 years of experience in the field. She is dedicated to helping people heal their relationships with food and their bodies. She uses a weight-inclusive approach to empower clients to ditch diet culture, cultivate self-compassion, and work towards freedom of chronic dieting, disordered eating, and help in the management of chronic health conditions through the promotion of sustainable lifestyle changes.

A non-diet approach focuses on hunger and fullness cues and incorporates nutrition in a gentle and flexible way. It does not focus on weight loss or strict meal plans.

Natalie will be presenting 2 seminars for our Wild Community on Thursday, December 7th at 5 pm and Thursday, January 11th at 5pm at our Boot Camp location (2121 S. KK Ave).

On December 7th, Natalie will walk us through the basics of Mindful eating. Together, we will learn how to slow down and enjoy the food we are eating, and manage the social events and stress that come with the Holidays.

The January 11th seminar will focus on learning simple ways to improve your relationship with food and your body image to start the New Year with a healthier mindset.

Register for 1 seminar for $20 or both for $35. Both seminars will be 45 minutes long with a 15 minute question and answer period.
