Cycle and Strength

Are you tired of the same old home workout videos?  Does your bike collect dust all winter?

Cycling in Wisconsin’s weather can become questionable from October to May.

We have the answer – Wild’s Cycle & Strength!

Get the benefits of training on your own bike during the winter/late spring on an indoor trainer.

The workout will start with 45 minutes of cycling geared toward improving your cycling skills and cardio workout, followed by a 30 minute strength workout (See the schedule below)!

All you need is your bike and an indoor trainer!

Don’t have a trainer? No problem! Check out our Deluxe Package!

This class will be on Sunday mornings starting at 10:00 am and end at 11:30 am. Please Arrive 15 minutes early and set up your bike and trainer at our Boot Camp Training Facility at 2898 S. Delaware Ave.

Spring Session Dates: Sundays at 10am 3/10 – 5/5 (no class on Easter 4/21)
