Cycling in Wisconsin’s weather can become questionable from October to May.

We have the answer – Wild’s Cycle & Strength!

Get the benefits of training on your own bike during the winter/late spring on an indoor trainer.

The workout will start with 45 minutes of cycling geared toward improving your cycling skills and cardio workout, followed by a 30 minute strength workout (See the schedule below)!  The workouts will build speed, efficiency and endurance. These sessions include options for in-person and virtual participation.

All you need is your bike and an indoor trainer!

This class will be on Sunday mornings starting at 9:00 am and end at 11:30 am, there are 4 spots remaining for the in person class. Please Arrive 15 minutes early and set up your bike and trainer at our Boot Camp Training Facility at 2898 S. Delaware Ave.

The Virtual option will be available LIVE or as VIDEO.
