Are you tired of the same old home workout videos?  Does your bike collect dust all winter?

Cycling in Wisconsin’s weather can become questionable from October to May.

We have the answer – Wild’s Cycle & Strength!

Get the benefits of training on your own bike during the fall/winter/late spring on an indoor trainer.

The workout will start with 45 minutes of cycling geared toward improving your cycling skills and cardio workout, followed by a 30 minute strength workout (See the schedule below)!  The workouts will build speed, efficiency and endurance. These sessions include options for in-person and virtual participation.

All you need is your bike and an indoor trainer!

This class will be on Sunday mornings starting at 8 am and end at 9:30 am, there are 12 spots available in the in person class. Please Arrive 15 minutes early and set up your bike and trainer at our Small Group Training Facility at 3058 S. Delaware Ave.

The Virtual option will be available LIVE or as VIDEO.
