Earlier this year, Christina Feliciano was named a Client of the Month, since then her husband Angel has gotten in on the Wild action as well. We love having these two in class, but Angel shines bright on his own as well. His enthusiasm is contagious and when you watch him in a workout, he looks like he’s actually having FUN! We enjoy his sense of humor and the lightness he can bring to a room full of people. Give him a year and he’s going to be mistaken for the spanish Mark Wahlberg while he dunks a basketball in an Ironman suit. Don’t understand any of that? Don’t worry, Angel does.

How did you first hear about Wild Workouts & Wellness?

My wife Christina Feliciano and our homegirl Lenore Burger.

Do you have a favorite exercise? What do you like about it?

Most: any of the presses w/ weights – I never had a chest before and now I kinda do, so that’s been swell.

Least favorite? What don’t you like about it?

Least: besides literally any cardio (which I desperately need), I still sorta struggle with Kettlebell swings. Now, you guys got my form down, so I kinda just think I don’t like them and there’s no good reason other than me being a big baby.

What achievements are you most proud of?

BOX JUMPING – I’m close to adding another layer to the base and the day I can dunk, you can share the video of me doing it, since of course I’m posting it on Facebook ASAP!

Why Wild? What do you like most about Wild Workouts and Wellness?

At first, because I just follow my wife everywhere – but the place grew on me for its culture of wellness/fitness for regular people. And I’m a super regular guy, so it fit perfectly.

What advice would you give to other Wild peeps?

Just keep pumping at your own pace and as long as your giving it YOUR best, than you’re already winning. Also though – I’ve seen real gains and I struggle with eating properly, so don’t get discouraged if you don’t see “change” in even a couple months. The change has happened inside by that point, and it’s the most important one.

Do you have a favorite song or type of music for working out?

I’m all over the place, but I get my best work done to anything that makes me feel like Tony Stark/Iron Man – literally just pluck songs from the movie soundtrack.

What are some challenges or goals you are currently working on?

Dunk basketball, get a 6 pack (at least a lil 4 would do) … and just continue to be awesome with my new 6 pack and jumping ability.
