Kathy T. has been chosen by our Small Group trainers as our July Client of the Month.  Kathy is a cheerleader to all of our Small Group clients.  She has had some challenges of her own, but she continues to push through and make modifications to keep moving forward with her fitness journey.

How did you first hear about Wild Workouts & Wellness?

I found out about Wild because I live only a few blocks away.  I have been a runner for 40 some years and wanted to get into more of a cross training program.  I knew Tara and she told me about the Small Group training program and I gave it a try.  The best thing ever!!!!

Do you have a favorite exercise? What do you like about it?  Least favorite?

My favorite exercises is Dead Bug.  Tara taught me how to do it correctly and I feel the burn every time.  My least favorite exercise is push ups.  Enough said. (Sorry Jason!)

What achievements are you most proud of?

What I am most proud of is my flexibility.  I’m not the most flexible person but that has improved since I’ve been at Wild.  As I get older I want to be able to bend and pick things up properly.

What advice would you give to other Wild peeps?

My advice to other Wild peeps is to keep at it!  It’s easy to find excuses not to exercise, not to show up.  Hold yourself accountable.  Commitment to yourself is hard.  All of the staff at Wild are our cheerleaders.  Any injury or limitation you have the staff will have incredible modifications so you can continue to be there and still get results.  I recently had an issue with my foot and then my hand.  I was worried to come back but when I did they too care of my limitations.  Even the peeps (in class) are cheerleaders!!  I don’t think there is a place quite like Wild.  But always remember…Breathe.
