Nearly 7 months ago, we were forced to close our doors due to the National Health Crisis. At that time, we thought we would be closed for 2 weeks, and then be able to open back up and return to “normal”.

We have had to make many changes to the business since reopening on June 6th, but we are still here and going strong. We are adapting and adding to our services and class offerings as we go to make sure our clients are being well served and their needs met. We have expanded our outdoor class offerings and sizes as the mask mandate went into effect. We expanded our personal training services to offer 2 person training sessions, and we are still finding more ways to meet our client’s needs.

We now have LIVE Zoom workouts 5 days a week! 

Coach Tom and Coach Danielle will be bringing their energy and skills to the virtual world to broaden our reach and make sure all of our clients can get the workouts they need and want.

We have a live workout available once a day, Monday through Friday. Our Bootcamp clients can sign up for any sessions you wish and will receive your Zoom access code before the workout begins. If you sign up, but cannot make a session, we will be recording these workouts as well. We will share the recordings with anyone that misses their class, and you will have access to that for approximately 1 week.

Your trainers will let you know what sorts of equipment to have on hand for your workout.  We will have long and mini bands available for purchases at the gym to use during your workouts.  Suggestions for household objects that can be used as weights include – gallon jugs or buckets filled with water or sand, large cans of beans or soup, backpacks filled with books, etc.
