Congratulations to Melody Fanslau, our March Client of the Month!

Melody is very dedicated when it  comes to her workouts. We are so proud of all her hard work and look forward to her positive attitude at all the workouts!

Do you have a favorite exercise? What do you like about it? Least favorite? What don’t you like about it?

I love Kettlebell swings.  It took me awhile to get the movement down, but now that I have it figured out it’s fun to see how much weight I can swing with the strength of my glutes. I really do not care for walking lunges since they are quite hard for me and I really have to focus on keeping my knee behind my ankle.

What achievements are you most proud of?

I had to buy new pants and a belt!!

What do you like most about Wild Workouts and Wellness?

I enjoy the great trainers and fellow members.  It is amazingly welcoming environment.  I also love that the  trainers are not afraid to push you to that next level.

What advice would you give to other wild peeps?

Don’t be afraid of going heavier.  I think pushing myself during my workouts to try the next heavier weight has really help tone my body.

Do you have a favorite song or type of music for working out?

I like to workout to the same music I listen to when cooking.  I have an eclectic playlist of upbeat songs I  like to belt out called “Kitchen Dancing.”  The playlist gets me through my Sunday meal prep for the week  and my workouts.

What are some challenges or goals you are currently working on?

I have an upcoming vacation so I’m trying to stay focused up until we leave and will need to jump right back into the routine when I get back. My goal is to continue to make progress towards my maintenance weight by staying focused on nutrition and strengthening my body.
