Congratulations to Danielle Norman, our September Client of the Month! Danielle is very dedicated when it comes to her workouts. She has made an amazing transformation since last October.

Do you have a favorite exercise? What do you like about it? Least favorite? What don’t you like about it?
Favorite exercise: BOXING because I can get my frustrations out. I just feel relaxed and stress free after the class. My least favorite exercise is Turkish get ups, they are just weird to me. I think I also don’t like them because I am always worried about my ankles going out on me.
What achievements are you most proud of?
I am most proud of finally fitting into clothes that I could not wear for years. I love that I have way more energy than before, accept if I work too much but still try and get a work out in.
What do you like most about Wild Workouts and Wellness?
What I like the most about Wild Workouts and Wellness is how the trainers push me to do more and keep going. Also that everyone is so welcoming.
What advice would you give to other wild peeps?
If you feel down just to go to a workout and get it done no matter what because every time I miss one I always feel horrible.
Do you have a favorite song or type of music for working out?
I like to work out to more upbeat music, it keeps me in a good mood and keeps me moving to finish a workout.
What are some challenges or goals you are currently working on?
Right now I am working on getting into my wedding dress. The number one goal is just to have a healthier lifestyle and keep working out.
