Yleana is one of our awesome early birds, bringing her upbeat, fun energy and kick butt attitude to the 5:45AM Wild Workouts! We are excited to see Yleana’s incredible progress! Since she began, Yleana has made some huge strides in strength, form and performance… and she is looking awesome!! We know we will see more of Yleana’s success as she progresses on her fitness journey.
So lets hear it for Yleana! We asked her some questions about her experience at Wild Workouts and Welleness. Here is what she had to say:
What is your favorite exercise and why?
My favorite exercise would be RDL’s, any type of rows and when the punching bag is involved. Those are my favorite because RDL’s work out the whole lower body and they are pretty easy, rows help with my back fat:) and the punching bag lets me get my aggression out!
What is your least favorite exercise and why?
My least favorite would be the famous burpees. They are really hard for me to do, I still have a lot to lose and being a little bigger makes it more challenging but I try my hardest to get through them!
What achievements are you most proud of?
The achievements I am most proud of is being able to do a decent lunge and having built my stamina up to lifting heavier and knowing that my trainers know that and have faith in me and push me harder.
What do you like most about Wild Workouts and Wellness?
What I love about Wild is the concept of it. The small group setting, no machines to fuss with and having trainers push you and always giving you props! I always feel amazing afterwards!
What advice would you have for anyone reading this?
My advice would be to not give up! When you don’t feel like getting up, or getting ready to go, just do it! Always push yourself to go that extra step because you can do it!
What is your favorite kind of music to workout to?
My favorite music is RUMPSHAKER radio! lol….. anything with a good beat, nothing slow! 80’s are an all time favorite 🙂
What are your upcoming goals and challenges you have for yourself?
My challenges are, not losing any weight but seeing my body transform. My goals are to improve my running and to eat good all the time.
