Do you have a favorite exercise? What do you like about it? Least favorite? What don’t you like about it?

I like any of the rope activities. They are always challenging and fun. I’m not a fan of Turkish get ups.  

What achievements are you most proud of?

I’m in the Run Wild program and the 10k running group this summer and I’m really happy about my progress with running.  I’ve always wanted to run longer distances, but never seemed to be able to get to a point where it was enjoyable.  

What do you like most about Wild Workouts and Wellness?

The Wild community and coaches are really wonderful.  I always feel inspired and supported and the camaraderie during boot camps makes even really tough workouts fun.

What advice would you give to other wild peeps?

I’m not sure that I’m in the position to offer advice, but I always try to remind myself that I will feel better after I work out. So even if I’m not feeling particularly motivated to exercise after work or on a weekend morning, I try to remember that I will feel good and be happy about it after the workout is completed. 

Do you have a favorite song or type of music for working out?

I’ve been enjoying Christy’s Pitbull station…  

What are some challenges or goals you are currently working on?

I plan to keep running and I’m always happy when I’m able to reach for a heavier weight.
