The Power Hour – Power Lifting Workout

Are you ready to hit the weights hard?

If so, get ready for this amazing workout.

I’m talking about using barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells to help you get stronger, more powerful and turn you into a lean muscle, fat burning machine.

Learn proper lifting form, safe spotting techniques and track progress while you work within a small group.

No prior experience needed.  The small group atmosphere allows your coach to individualize the workout and make sure everyone progresses appropriately.

Here’s the deal……when I say small group, I mean SMALL…. only 8 participants so this workout will fill up in a matter of moments.

When is the workout?

You choose either Sunday at 7:15am or Wednesdays at 4:15 pm. The 60 minute workout is a Power Hour that includes warm up, lifting and stretching.

Sunday Dates: Jan 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, Feb 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th

Wednesday Dates: Jan 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, Feb 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th

Cost: 8 weeks for only $99

Winter Session – 1/6-2/24 (Sundays), 1/9-2/27 (Wednesdays) – no breaks

Spring session – 3/3-4/28 (Sundays), 3/6-5/1 (Wednesdays)  – no class on 4/21 & 4/24

Power Hour will be held at the Wild Workouts and Wellness Small Group Training Facility at 3056 S. Delaware Ave.
