Join Coach Ona Cameron for  this 4 week class designed to get you through all 4 trimesters of your pregnant

This 45 minute interval training workout designed for new and expecting moms.  This all level class is designed to help mom transition from pregnancy to the 4th trimester while building strength.  We will focus on proper form and techniques while we work with your changing body.

 

Class meets on Sundays, 8am at our Boot Camp Gym – 2121 S. KK Ave
