Do you have a favorite exercise?
To be honest, no, I look forward to coming to WILD most of the time because of the fabulous staff and fellow peeps!
Least favorite workout? What don’t you like about it?
I do have a least favorite exercise: BURPEES!I find them exhausting; up and down… up and down… ughhhh!
What achievements are you most proud of?
Most proud of changing how I eat. Amber has been a fabulous teacher and has convinced me to eat healthy and to pay attention to the quality of food I ingest!
What do you like most about Wild Workouts and Wellness?
Mostly the feeling of belonging, everyone is so encouraging and believes everyone can do it! (I could easily be a hermit.)
Do you have a favorite type of music for working out?
I really like all the music and any type, yes, including rap. Pretty good for an old-timer!
What are some challenges or goals you are currently working on?
My biggest challenge is to stay the course and not let the “I’m tired” talk take over. I love this quote and have to constantly repeat it!!!

Change happens little by little… not overnight, but little by little. This requires patience. I am truly trying to embrace the little by little attitude and know this will contribute to my happiness and health. My goal is to age; but not ROT!
