Do you have a favorite exercise? What do you like about it? Least favorite? What don’t you like about it?

I really enjoy weight-intensive workouts so anytime I can lift heavy things, I’m happy!

One of my least favorite things to do (and one of coach Carla’s personal favorites, God only knows why…) is Iron Crosses… Brutal.

What achievements are you most proud of?

I’m most proud of being able to feel my progress as I work-out; whether it be moving up in weight for certain exercises, or generally having more stamina.

What do you like most about Wild Workouts and Wellness?

The supportive atmosphere. The other clients and coaches really push you to do your best. I feel I achieve goals faster with that additional motivation.

What advice would you give to other wild peeps?

  1. Showing up is the most important step.
  2. The feeling you get as a result of working hard makes it worth it, x10.
  3. Don’t compare your progress/goals to others. You’re a snowflake (a sweaty, sweaty snowflake…)
  4. Just keep doing it.

Do you have a favorite song or type of music for working out?

Um, Rihanna.

What are some challenges or goals you are currently working on?

Building & maintaining muscle mass. I’ve had to adjust my diet to account for this and that has been one of the most challenging/important components in achieving my goals.
