Peggy has been a fixture at Wild for many years but she’s really re-committed to her health and fitness these last few months… and it shows! Check out those post-baby abs she uncovered after our last challenge!

What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a training Program?

I’ve been with Wild since 2010ish, on and off, but 3 years ago I had a baby girl  and I just had stopped focusing on me. My trigger to come back to Wild (in full force) was after a visit to a migraine specialist in September 2016.  He wanted to put me on medication and as I drove out of the doctor’s office I made a call to Amber (because I knew she would have the holistic answers). She understood my concern and we met that week and reevaluated my eating. I left that day confident that I was on the right path. I was going 100% Wild with my Nutrition. This also helped me to kick it up a notch to get the workouts in I scheduled the entire month and made it to most of the workouts, I stopped making excuses why I couldn’t go and started adjusting my other schedules to make sure I could make it.

What do you like best about Wild’s program & having a trainer?

Everything, I’m Wild about Wild! The Trainers are funny, fun and very challenging. They keep it interesting; I never know what to expect when I’m on my way to a workout. They are always helpful when you need it harder, easier (due to injury or soreness from another workout) or just different. I find I need to try to get a fix in with each trainer on a week-to-week basis, I LOVE them all! Amber, Kate, Christy, Terressa, Carla, Tom, Danielle – I switch things up each week to make sure I’m getting them all in. But I truly love that they know what my limits are and push me beyond those limits.

What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program?

Wild Workouts is not just a workout facility, it’s a new way to focus on life going forward.

On my path with 100% Wild Nutrition I found out what was triggering the migraines in November – when I started introducing some of the no’s back into my diet, very sugary cakes for sure but sugar all together. Amber’s change in my direction of eating and focus to reintroduce foods later brought me to the realization that sugar is not for me and the med’s that had all kinds of horrible side effects also are not for me. No Dairy and No Gluten also became easier to find foods without them. Christy helped me to make Wild Nutrition a way of life for me, the foods I eat, I serve, I order, are all Wild-based and when I go off-plan for a meal, I don’t feel good so I pick up and come back to the Wild way.
