Paul will be joining us in training some new Boot Camp classes at the Shape Up Shoppe.  You may have seen him shadowing our trainers in the last couple of weeks too.  We are looking forward to him bringing his energy and expertise to our Boot Camp program!

Some info on Paul, in his own words:

My only goal for every client I work with is that they become more fit, healthy, and happy. If you move better, if you’re stronger, if you can breathe easier when you walk, exercise, or do your daily tasks, you’ll be happier. So I see my job as working with you to help you achieve your goals, whatever they might be.  I want you to feel confidence and pride in yourself because of your hard work, consistency, and perseverance.

My Wild Workout Boot Camp classes focus on full-body functional exercise. That means we move in different directions, use our muscles to move our joints in a full range of motion, and get our hearts and lungs firing. We combine strength work with high-intensity interval training. And we laugh, tell stupid jokes, and work hard. We’ll have a blast. Come join us.

I ride bikes, run trails, lift weights, and do yoga. I took early retirement as a middle school teacher to become a full-time cycling and running coach, personal trainer, and yoga instructor.

I’m married, with a 17-year-old daughter named Sarah, and a mutt named Joy.

Paul will be taking over a couple of existing classes, as well as adding 3 more classes to our Boot Camp schedule!
