I joined Wild with a goal of getting fit. What I didn’t expect were incredible changes to my physical and mental health and confidence in my fitness abilities. With the coaching and support at Wild, I ran my first half marathon and then my first marathon. And now the coaches are helping me adapt to exercising through my first pregnancy. Joining Wild is one of the best investments I’ve made for myself.
Wild has exceeded our expectations as a fitness facility. The coaching staff encourages you to be your best. Modifying when dealing with injuries, making everyone feel welcome, no matter what age you are, or your abilities, being a beginner or seasoned athlete. There are a wide variety of specialty classes to go along with bootcamps and one on one classes.
