As promised, I am posting the crockpot recipes from the grand re-opening celebration.

Here is the cream of tomato with chicken recipe.  This is so easy and inexpensive.

Here we go…

4 frozen skinless boneless chicken breast
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 14 oz. can of coconut milk (full fat)
1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes and juice
1 cup of chicken broth
Sea Salt and pepper to taste

Put the tomatoes, coconut milk, chicken broth, garlic and seasonings in the crockpot.  Then add the frozen chicken breasts.  Cook on low for 9 hours.  When done, shred the chicken breasts and serve.
