[WORKSHOP] Plyo for Runners

For ALL runners, novice to veteran! Progressions for ALL levels!

Learn exercises and strategies to help move faster, more efficiently and with fewer injuries, in this 45-minute workshop.  Moving faster means spending less time on the ground, and using the energy stored with every footstrike.

 

Hops, jumps and bounds incorporated in your training plan will help develop power for propulsion and a quicker physical response to each foot strike; and minimize the impact through the joints and soft tissues. Whether you shuffle or sprint, heel-strike or tip toe, these progressions will help.

 

We also will share tips to build balance and mobility that result in a stronger push off and increased stride length – keys to covering more ground in a short time.
