Wild Workouts and Wellness has created a 12-week summer program for you to build a foundation of health and fitness that will power you through the year. Our fun and varied options are the path to better strength, endurance and flexibility – with boot camp or small group sessions, online workouts via Zoom, and yoga classes.

Commit to fitness and yourself for 12 weeks – from Memorial Day to Labor Day – and get a taste of all our Wild programs, rooted in an encouraging community.

We have 2 options available:

Unlimited Boot Camp + Unlimited Zoom Workouts + 2x/ Week Yoga classes for $600







2x/ Week Small Group Workouts + Unlimited Zoom + 2x/ Week Yoga Classes for $725







Our Boot Camp classes deliver a high-intensity interval workout that combines strength, metabolic, core and flexibility into every session. These 45-minute workouts are different every day, so you will never get bored from repetition, and you will build strength using a variety of equipment. Classes are limited to 12 participants, allowing our expert trainers to ensure everyone works to the best of their ability and moves with proper form. Boot Camp classes are offered 7 days a week through the summer, with up to 26 class times available.

Our Small Group classes offer the support of a personal trainer in a small class environment. You will experience personalized attention from your trainer, exercises tailored to you and enthusiastic support from the rest of our Wild Community. These workouts are an hour long and emphasize strength, mobility and balance, with fresh approaches every class. Small Group classes are offered 6 days a week, with 25 sessions available to fit your schedule.

The Yoga program is designed to make every participant feel comfortable at their own level. With class sizes limited to 10-12 participants, you will always be able to see your instructor and receive direct guidance, with no fear of getting lost in a complicated flow pattern. Our 3 experienced Yoga instructors offer 5 different classes each week, with 3 classes at our Small Group gym, and 2 at our Boot Camp gym. We also offer the flexibility of online workouts – 3 Boot Camp classes and 1 Yoga class each week via Zoom. These workouts can be done live, right along with one of our trainers guiding you, or as a recording to complete on your own time. This is a great way to continue your fitness program when traveling or overwhelmed with a busy schedule.

Twelve weeks is a big commitment, and it’s one you make to yourself. To fit your own summer schedule, we can start you early, and put your program on a short hold when trips, vacations or work interrupt.
