Mike and Judy joined us at Wild on the referral of their longtime (former) neighbor, Jacque.  They had recently retired and moved to the neighborhood and wanted to find a new gym to keep them healthy and strong.  Several months later, Judy’s sister Wendy moved in with them and quickly joined in their Wild Workouts.

Mike, Judy, and Wendy always bring a fun, playful energy to our Small Group classes.  They have quickly become a part of our Small Group community and we love having them in class.

Do you have a favorite exercise? What do you like about it?

Plank, boat pose, dead bug, ball slam. Good core exercises-like that.

Least favorite? What don’t you like about it?

Bar pullups and superman pose. Pullups exhaust me-from Mike. Superman pose gives me a stomach ache(from Judy)

What achievements are you most proud of?

Wendy-losing weight and gaining flexibility. Mike and Judy feel like we have better balance and workouts are helping relieve back and neck soreness.

Why Wild? What do you like most about Wild Workouts and Wellness?

Nice people, great trainers (Tara, Carla and Tom) we feel like we get individual attention and patient guidance.

What advice would you give to other Wild peeps?

Come to class.

Do you have a favorite song or type of music for working out? 

Rock and soul are fine.

What are some challenges or goals you are currently working on?

Need to lose weight and stay fit.
