Yet another Burger blows us away and takes client of the month for July! We are very excited to announce Melissa Burger as the client of the month – read what she has to say below about working out at WILD and how it’s change her life for the better.
What is your favorite exercise and why?
My favorite exercise is anything with kettle bells because it doesn’t feel like exercise but is very effective.
What is your least favorite exercise and why?
My least favorite is the lizard crawl or anything that requires too much coordination!
What achievements are you most proud of?
The achievement I am most proud of is my weight loss, considering I quit smoking after starting at Wild. Most people gain weight after quitting. Also, that I can not only keep up with my kids, they also tire out before me!
What do you like most about Wild Workouts and Wellness?
What I like most about Wild Workouts and Wellness is all the support and encouragement I get, it’s helped me stick with it and pushed me to work that much harder.
What advice would you give for anyone reading this?
The advice I’d give to other Wild peeps is commit and make time to exercise, your health is a priority. I’m a single mother of three, if I can, so can you!
What is your favorite kind of music to work out to?
My favorite type of music for working out, anything by Eminem or Pitbull gets me energized
What are your upcoming goals and challenges you have for yourself?
The challenges I’m currently working on is the Summer Slim Down, Run Wild and preparing for the Dirty Girl Mud Run in August. I’m also continuing to focus on more weight loss and gaining even more strength.
