Meal prepping is one of the best hacks when it comes to having healthy food on hand and ready to go. Having fresh food at our fingertips means that we’re less likely to hit the drive through or reach for the chip bag…but there are a few key tips that will help you make the most out of meal prepping every week.
In this workshop, we’ll discuss WHAT to prep, WHEN to prep (Sunday might not be the day for you!), how to reheat, how long things will last in the fridge, and how to make the most of your kitchen time each week.
