Let’s Rip S.H.I.I.T. Up!


In 2015 Wild Workouts & Wellness developed a fun, fat-burning class called ‘Oh, S.H.I.I.T.’  that combined the use of suspension trainers PLUS High-Intensity Interval workouts. These total body workouts were designed to increase metabolism and shed pounds… “Oh, S.H.I.I.T” was what you said after this workout was over!

In 2017, we developed a NEW brainchild called “Rip S.H.I.I.T. Up” and its BACK!

This class combines the Suspension trainers and High-Interval Intensity of ‘Oh, S.H.I.I.T’ and adds in a fun new twist – Rip Trainers! We’ve been testing the Rip Trainers out with different exercises in our Boot Camp workouts and they are definitely in a league of their own!
