Wild’s Kettlebells Camp has always been one of our most popular specialty classes. It makes sense why, a Kettlebell workout will leave your heart pounding and sweat pouring. Kettlebell workouts combine strength training and a cardio component to blast calories and fat. Giving you a major burn!

We’ve re-vamped our Kettlebell program to be BETTER THAN EVER!

Our clients use Kettlebells on a daily basis in their classes at Wild. This class offers the opportunity to get more comfortable with classic Kettlebell basics like swings, snatches, cleans and get-ups. Once you have your form down we’ll take it to the next level in the following weeks, building on the basics with advanced complexes and movements!
