HAPPY NEW YEAR WILD PEEPS! 2013 is going to be a great year! To kick it off, let’s congratulate our very first WILD Family of the month!

Heidi is one of our long-time WILD peeps who simply sets the standard when it comes to dedication and commitment. We call her “No Excuses Heidi.” No matter what, Heidi comes to the workouts and gives it her all. Now we also see that hard work and drive from Heidi’s husband, Arno, who began his WILD journey over a year ago and their son Hunter, who got his start in the Teen Wild Workouts this past summer.

We are very proud of Heidi, Arno and Hunter’s achievements. From weight loss, to strength and performance, the Fritz’s are making it happen! Anyone who has sweat with Heidi, Arno or Hunter knows they bring a lot of FUN to the workouts! The Fritz family is as genuine and thoughtful as they come and they set a great example of how to work hard, enjoy life and stay focused on health. It’s an important balance and we’re happy to be a part of it!

So lets here it for the Fritz’s! We asked them some questions and here is what they had to say:


Do you have a favorite exercise? What do you like about it?
Arno: I like the heavy lifting exercises. I like building bulk.

Heidi: My favorite exercise routine is the “big ass circuit” because it usually has a variety of equipment and it makes time go fast.

Hunter: Planks are my favorite exercise.


Least Favorite? What don’t you like about it?
Arno: Burpees and planks. Probably because I’m weakest at them. I need to build my stomach muscles up.

Heidi: My least favorite is probably the Burpee. Not sure why, but it’s not that fun for me.

Hunter: Also the Burpee, because it’s hard.


What achievements are you most proud of?
Arno: I’m most proud of the increase in stamina and strength that I have noticed as I participate in my outdoor activities. I was able to do things this season that would have drained me in years past. I hope next year will be even better.

Heidi: I am proud that I can lift heavier weights. I never thought that I would be able to lift the weights that I do now!

Hunter: I am proud of becoming stronger.


What do you like most about Wild Workouts and Wellness?
Arno: I absolutely LOVE the high energy of Amber and the dedication as well and friendliness of Carla. The knowledge and individual attention is second to none by both. You can tell that the trainers enjoy doing what they do and you can’t help but get motivated, even on days when I don’t want to be there.

Heidi: I like Wild Workouts and Wellness because of the trainers and everybody that goes there. Working out with others makes it fun.

Hunter: I like working out at Wild Workouts and Wellness because I enjoy it.


What advice would you give to other Wild Peeps?
Arno: On days you don’t feel like working out, show up anyways! I can’t tell you how many times I wanted to stay home but Heidi pushed me to show up and after a great workout I go home feeling 100 times better!

Heidi: I would tell others if they are hesitant to just try it. They may end up liking it. Just look at Arno!


Do you have a favorite song or type of music for working out?
Arno: Believe it or not, I love Techno and Dance music when I work out. At times I love hard driving rock that gets you jacked to work out.

Heidi: I always like upbeat 80’s music.

Hunter: I like fast paced music with a good beat.


What are some challenges or goals that you are currently working on?
Arno: I really don’t have any goals. I just want to continue to work out and get stronger and healthier. I guess if I have any goals it would be to lose about 25 pounds.

Heidi: A challenge or goal is always weight loss.

Hunter: I want to continue to get stronger and lift heavy weights.
