Join Tara from Wild and Jaime from Flying Squirrel for our first combined strength and Pilates class!

Coach Tara will kick off this approximately 1 hour long workout with 30 minutes of strength training, featuring Tabatas of body weight and resistance exercises.  (That is 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest of multiple exercises for up to 8 rounds.)

Jaime will follow this up with 30 minutes of mat Pilates working your core and everything else in an all level class.

Following class we will celebrate the first Friday of May with some seasonal snacks and drinks!
