Wild Workouts is partnering with Jane from Bohemian Yoga MKE for 3 noon classes in October.


Jane’s Class Description:

You can expect a vinyasa style practice to help strengthen your body, mind, and spirit. Emphasis on various prana to pacify your nervous system. My physical therapy background offers strong cueing for creative asana flows. I offer an inspiring message that I usually take from a conversation I have had with someone during the week, maybe it will be from you! You will always learn a little more about yourself during my class and take it off the mat and into your life!
