Alison joined our Personal Training program last fall and focused on building her strength and endurance during a very chaotic year. She has since upped her game by jumping up to unlimited boot camps. Alison has made great strides in her strength and always brings a positive attitude to her workouts and works to achieve every challenge thrown at her.

Why Wild? What do you like most about Wild Workouts and Wellness?
During the pandemic I was looking for a locally-owned gym that had great COVID safety- some friends of mine suggested Wild! The Wild community is very welcoming and encouraging, and the workouts are never boring.
What is your favorite exercise and why?
TGU’s (Turkish Get Ups)! It’s fun to really focus on your strength and coordination, they’re a good challenge.
What achievements are you most proud of?
Feeling stronger and being able to lift more than I could a year ago!
What are some challenges or goals you are currently working on?
Just trying to stay active and get back in shape after the crazy year we had 🙂
What advice would you give to other Wild peeps?
Befriend people in class and cheer each other on!
