I love the Commit to Fit Challenge. It’s a little different than some of the other challenges we do and it’s focus isn’t necessarily on weight LOSS… it’s all about the GAINS! Gaining strength and stamina!

We start and end this Challenge with a fitness test, so people can see how much stronger and how much more endurance they’ve built in the last 28 days.  The goal was to MOVE MORE for 28 days and participants had access to UNLIMITED Boot Camp workouts. The numbers are in and they are impressive!

Congrats to everyone who finished this Challenge! Sticking with it for 28 days is HARD! There are so many challenges to staying the course, but YOU DID IT!
