Beth has been with Wild Workouts for almost a year. Beth was coming back from a terrible bike crash. Beth severely damaged her left arm to the point that she will never be able to fully get her arm straight ever again. Beth started out doing boot camps 3 days a week. She also has done the indoor cycle and strength program (to build confidence on the bike). She ran her first 5K ever this year (the Rock N Sole) doing the Couch to 5K program. She got back to biking outdoors again with the Tri Wild Program and she also does the Run Wild Interval running program.
