WILD HELPS YOU LOSE THE BABY WEIGHT!
WW: What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?
Stephanie: A few things. I just had a baby in February and knew I wanted to get back into shape right away. The group setting also piqued my interest, and having trainers there to push you to the next level was great.
WW: What results have you achieved since starting your program?
Stephanie: I have lost more than 10 pounds since the end of March. I have lost body fat and inches. My eating habits have drastically changed as the way I look at food. I can tell if I choose the wrong food because of how it will affect my mood as well as my workouts.
WW: What do you like best about our program/having a trainer?
Stephanie: In the past, I have worked out with personal trainers and they always help me get results. The entire program helps push me to get my next goal or lift a heavier weight. I’ve been an athlete most of my life so I really love having a trainer guide me and add variety to my workouts. This is perfect for me because planning out a workout is the last on my mind with a busy home and work schedule.
WW: What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program?
Stephanie: I would say “Look at me!” In all honesty though, I would tell them it’s not just about the awesome workouts, it’s the eating guidance and the all around outlook on life. I enjoy everyone at the gym and it’s such a cool and funny group to be around.
