Join our SHAPE UP FOR SPRING 30-DAY CHALLENGE and get rid of that winter weight and tone up before summer! This Challenge combines fun, fat-burning workouts with nutritional & supplemental support that are the key to weight loss success.

What do you need to do?
- Complete the online entry form below to Register and receive the Shape Up for Spring Challenge Guide.
- Come to Wild Workouts and Wellness Boot Camp training facility on Thursday April 7th between 5 and 8pm to do your baseline measurements.
- Shape Up for Spring Challenge orientation will be April 7th at 5:30 or 7:15pm.
- Final measurements for the Your Best Challenge Participants will begin on Saturday May 7th between 8 and 11am.
Who This Is For: All Metro Milwaukee Area women and men from 18-80 who want to lose weight and improve their health quickly and safely.
