Join our SHAPE UP FOR SPRING 28-DAY CHALLENGE and get rid of that winter weight and tone up before summer! This Challenge combines fun, fat-burning workouts with nutritional & supplemental support that are the key to weight loss success.

What do you need to do?
- Complete the online entry form below to Register and receive the Shape Up for Spring Challenge Guide.
- Come to Wild Workouts and Wellness Boot Camp training facility on Saturday April 14th between 8-10am to do your baseline measurements (weight, body fat & physical measurements).
- Shape Up for Spring Challenge orientation will be April 14th at 8:30am -or- 9:30am, you’ll get any remaining questions answered and get fired up to get things started!
- The 1st Sunday Funday 30 minute workout for Challenge Participants will be held on Sunday April 15th.
- Final measurements for the Shape Up for Spring Challenge Participants will begin on Saturday May 12th between 8 and 10am.
Who This Is For: All Metro Milwaukee Area women and men from 18-80 who want to lose weight and improve their fitness quickly and safely.
How Much Does it Cost?
$109 for 2 Boot Camps a week
$149 for Unlimited Boot Camps during the 28 days
What You Get With the SHAPE UP FOR SPRING Challenge:
We can only accept 40 participants into the SHAPE UP FOR SPRING Challenge. In past weight loss challenges we have allowed up to 120 people to participate – this year we are limiting the participants so make sure you REGISTER NOW to secure your spot!
