Coach Amber has put together another awesome home workout for the month of September!
These workouts use minimal equipment and can be done at your home or while your traveling. Make sure to watch the video to see how to do the exercises correctly.
- 16 Side to side lunges
- 16 Standing Scapular Protraction
- 16 Cross Lunges
- Do this 2x
- 12 Prisoner Crawlers
- 12 1/2 Lunges
- 12 Side plank lower by knee drive
- Do the right side first, then then the left. Repeat twice.
- 12 Plank Walk Ups Right Side
- 12 Planks Walk Ups Left Side
- 12 Scapular Push Ups
- Plank Lateral Walk, 6 walking to the left, then the right.
- Repeat this twice.
With this last Circuit your going to build up your core in each round. Start with 20, increase in the next round to 30, then finish strong at 40.
