Robyn started her journey at Wild Workouts and Wellness a little different than most people. Here’s started with a bit of a competitive streak to take on her mom Bonnie in the Summer Slimdown. Well, Robyn won the challenge losing 15 pounds in 28 days and never looked back as she continued with her boot camp workouts.
Robyn’s successes are more than weight loss. Robyn has given up drinking soda, she has quit smoking and she had a 9 minute personal improvement in the Fight for Air Stair Climb. She also has more energy and her old clothes are just too baggy now! All within a year of starting her journey with Wild.
We asked Robyn a few more questions about her jouney at Wild Workouts and Wellness
What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?
I started coming to Wild with my Mom. We liked competing against each other.
What results have you achieved since starting your program?
I have seen many results! Me last success was at the Fight For Air climb at the US Bank building I beat my time from last year by 9 minutes
What do you like best about our program/having a trainer?
The best part of the program and the trainers is everyone is your cheerleader. The trainers will help you where you need help and push you when you need a little extra push.
What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program?
I would tell someone thinking of joining to try it give it a month anybody can try anything they pit their mind too.
Going forward, Robyn is training for another ½ marathon. She looks forward to continuing her boot camp workouts.
