Essential oils have definitely getting more popular and mainstream in the last few years. Wild Workouts and Wellness recently hosted an essential oils “make & take” workshop where participants were able to make custom blends of bath salts, roll-on scents, body scrub and room spray using the oils that spoke to their olfactory senses.
One of my favorite ways to incorporate essential oils into my home routine is in bath salts. Adding essential oils to bath salts enhances its healing power!
Refuge Calming Oil is exactly what it sounds like, calming. ‘Refuge’ is a blend of lavender, orange atlas cedar, ylang ylang, blue tansy and vanilla. It promotes relaxation and is beneficial for feelings of anxiety. Adding this oil to your bath salts will guarantee relaxation after a long day and an easy transition to sleep.
