August is Client Appreciation Month here at Wild and while we appreciate our clients every month; this gives us an opportunity to shower our clients with love. We did a free workout for our clients at a local park where kids, family members and friends joined in on the fun.

Now, here’s a quick, effective workout to help you enjoy the rest of summer with your friends and family in your own back yard:
Hamstring kicks (both sides)
Circuit #1: 10 reps of every exercise for 10 minutes
Bicycles (L + R= 1)
Mountain Climbers (L + R= 1)
Circuit #2: 1 minute of each exercise for 3 rounds
Plank to downdog
