Chances are you recognize Pieter G., he’s become sort of a fixture at Wild since he joined in November. I remember sitting down with Pieter for his initial consultation, he had already started his fitness journey but had read about Wild in the Journal-Sentinel and decided to give us a try. My favorite Pieter quote was when he renewed his membership and told me “I don’t like people. But I like you guys.” The feeling is mutual Pieter, we like you too! That’s why we’re excited to celebrate all of your successes and honor you as Wild’s Client of the Month!

Do you have a favorite exercise? What do you like about it?

Battle ropes and anything incorporating a sledgehammer. Because, really, who can’t have fun with a sledgehammer?

What achievements are you most proud of?

This has yet to be determined, but I’ve been hypotensive lately to the point we’re adjusting my BP meds. Now IF that is due to my weight loss, I’d find that pretty damn impressive.

What do you like most about Wild Workouts and Wellness?

The people. And you know, Kate, that says a lot coming from me. 😉

What advice would you give to other Wild peeps?

I find that the days I’m just not feeling it, the days I just really don’t want to go to a class, are usually the days I most need to go. I always feel better after!

Do you have a favorite song or type of music for working out?

Metal. Hard, fast, old-school Metal! … Or Janis Joplin. (I’ve also heard Pieter jams out to ‘Girls Just Want to Have Fun’!)

What are some challenges or goals you are currently working on?

My goal is to be in good enough shape to stand a fighting chance in the event of a Zombie Apocalypse. LOL

P.S. I would still love to see a 4-hour Bootcamp session one day, just for the hell of it!
